Lol...people to cats?

My friend, Tuifeather and I, since we go to the same school, have been drafting names for people from the warriors series. Yes. We are so obsessed and socially awkward that this is the only way to go on normally. JK.
Anywho, this is how part of our day went:

Firestar had set a task for Cinderheart and Hollyleaf. They were to complete 5 different things, aspects of becoming a warrior. They varied in difficulty.
Rosepetal joined them, bright and eager as always. Unbeknownst to them, it was a task for the whole Clan, apprentices and warriors alike.
"For the first task," Firestar began. "You will have to cross this stream in three bounds, no less and no more." Stepping stones carved shimmering grooves in the passing water.
Hollyleaf tentatively tested the water with her paw. It would be easy.
Watching her surroundings, she leaped onto a smooth, grey speckled stone. Then onto a slightly unsteady, wet rock. Teetering slightly, she made a misguided leap for the next stone and swept on to the other side, fur slightly ruffled. "Easy," she purred, beginning to lick her paws.
"Come on, guys. It's simple." Her friends crossed with ease, and it took a further 5 minutes for the rest of the Clan to cross. Some of the smaller apprentices toppled into the water, but they managed to cross all the same.

"Very good," Firestar said simply.
"You all accomplished that. The next task is slightly harder." He gestured to 5 mice, all grouped together and nibbling corn, crumbs and stuff.
"If I kill one of those mice, how many will there be left to kill?"
Two apprentices looked completely bewildered. They mewed in whispers and discussed what the answer would be. Many of the warriors had grasped it easily, but some were still looking confused.
"Oohh! Firestar, pick me!" Cinderheart meowed desperately. Firestar nodded.
"None left," she purred. "You would have scared them all off."
"Correct, Cinderheart."

For the next task, Firestar took them further into the forest, where all the rain gathered and dripped down onto cats' backs. He asked the remaining cats (the ones who had the incorrect answer went back to camp) to tell him "I have split this stone into three pieces. Correctly arrange the fragments, and you will go on."
Many of even the senior warriors were confused, and a few just pawed the ground in frustration.
Hollyleaf volunteered to go first, and went forward.
She nudged the rocks each with her paw, and tested them with her nose. Eventually, after a bit of trial and error, she fitted the pieces of rock together snugly, and she returned, setting her tail over her paws in contentment. A score of warriors and apprentices also passed, though 5 returned to camp with drooping tails, including Rosepetal. Cinderheart and Hollyleaf brushed her pelt in an attempt to cheer her up as she left.

Then Firestar brought the cats to the tunnels. Many warriors, especially Hollyleaf and Lionblaze, recoiled in horror. The flame coloured leader shoved a large stone on top of one of the holes that led into the tunnels. He then reared up on his hind legs and tipped open a large bay leaf containing a night's worth of rainwater. The water flooded down into the basin shaped slope, and didn't pass the rock that guarded the hole into the caves. It kept falling, until the water filled to the top.
"It takes 3 minutes to fill this slope, and..." he dived into the water and withdrew the stone. As the rainwater was washed down, he mewed "And four minutes to drain it. How long will it take to fill it, if I leave the stone out?"
Hollyleaf brushed pelts with Jayfeather and Lionblaze, who were looking testily down at the water running down the tunnels, and memories poured into their minds.
Hollyleaf refused to think how long it would take for her to drown. She shook her head at Firestar and stepped back. Cinderheart, however, poked her head down into the shallow basin and nosed the hole.
"12 minutes," she concluded triumphantly. Three other warriors nodded. Hollyleaf nodded glumly, not really looking at her friend.
"Correct," he purred, proud of Cinderheart and Hollyleaf. Only 5 cats were left: Hollyleaf, Cinderheart, Dustpelt, Dovewing and Graystripe.

"The final test, is the most difficult. It is a riddle. As a dove flies," Dovewing smirked slightly.
"a feather drops to the ground. The last letter of feather, is the first of something with a red breast. And the middle of that word, is the beginning of the leader before me's name."
Everybody was perplexed, even Dovewing who was usually high and mighty. Hollyleaf calmed down and focused on things rationally. The last letter of feather, she thought. 'R'. That's the last letter. 'R' must be the first letter of something with a red breast...red breast...a Robin! That works! The middle of Robin is the letter 'B'...Bluestar was the leader before Firestar! Hollyleaf thanked StarClan in relief, then turned to a half-there Cinderheart, pondering over the final task.
"Feather, Robin, Bluestar." Hollyleaf whispered to her tabby friend. Cinderheart turned with wide eyes then purred delightedly.
"Firestar? Feather, Robin, Bluestar." There were groans from the cats who hadn't gotten it.
Firestar licked the ear of the two young warriors and announced to the whole forest.
"Of all cats, Cinderheart and Hollyleaf completed the five tasks. They will get first pick of the fresh kill pile, come to the gathering as honoured guests, and will be relieved from all duties for the next moon. You have proven yourself well, young warriors."

This is about doing a math test, where only my friend and I got 5/5 XD

LOL Willowshine x Kestrelflight story.

I've been inspired.

Soooooo...here is a tiny little story about my currently favourite star-crossed lovers (possibly).

The mottled tom ran with all his might. The moon was above him - he ran across a flat plain. It would take but a stray beam of light for the WindClan sentry to catch him. And it would be one long discussion with Onestar to explain why he was trying to escape his own camp in the middle of the night. But he had to. He threaded through the bushes of heather, careful not to snag his own fur on them. He must not leave any tiny piece of evidence - no-cat could find out about this. After the first night travelling to the Moonpool since Barkface had died, Kestrelflight had been deflated. He felt sad and alone. His kit-mother had died at birth. His father was never revealed, and most likely didn't want anything to do with him. No kin. It was bad enough with Breezepelt shooting jibes at him, now he had no one to relate to, no one to talk to. Until the first night travelling to the Moonpool since Barkface died.
At first, Kestrelflight had thought of talking to Jayfeather. Even without sight, he was insightful. Maybe he would give some sympathy? But his sharp tongue got the better of him, and the mottled tom felt his shoulder grow cold. Mothwing and Littlecloud were yowling about kits and juniper berries. And that's when he had seen her.
Her lithe body was almost glowing against the jagged rock walls of the Moonpool. Her eyes shone with enthusiasm - kind and ready to learn. Kestrelflight found himself being drawn to her, into the depths of her eyes. Into Willowshine's eyes.
In the endless glade of StarClan, they met. They greeted eachother formally, but Kestrelflight soon found himself drowning in her warmth, in her all.
She agreed to meet again, without the other medicine cats around.
"It's impossible though, Kestrelflight. We live on opposite territories. How can we reach eachother?" Kestrelflight rubbed cheeks with Willowshine.
"Love can guide me through anything. We'll meet on your border with ThunderClan. I promise, I won't be seen."
"But won't StarClan disapprove?" she wailed.
Kestrelflight's heart drooped like a dead bird to see her sad.
"I don't care if StarClan sends lightning to stop me. Whether they send floods, or earthquakes, nothing will stop me from coming to you. Tomorrow night, my sweet." And they met many more times.

Kestrelflight lived up to his Clan name and ran like the wind, a brown blur on a black night. The stars provided a dim illumination on this night, of all nights.
The brown tom reached the edge of his territory. He stopped, his breath was almost crystallised, since it was leafbare. After pausing for a breath, he went on, slower now, as he entered an enemy territory. He was a medicine cat - he could go as he pleased. But he wanted to avoid Firestar, at all costs. Pausing at the border, Kestrelflight flexed his paws and wiggled down onto his stomach. There could be ThunderClan warriors out for a midnight frolic - as he was, too. He dug in his claws and catapulted himself forward, staying low. Only the occasional claw of moonlight came through the canopy of leaves roofing the forest. The place reeked of ThunderClan warriors. But Kestrelflight trooped on, in the thought of seeing Willowshine's face, illuminated by the moon, her eyes lit by the stars. Just waiting for him. His heart pounded in time with his paws.
A twig snapping stopped him in his tracks. Kestrelflight's mottled pelt luckily blended in well with the forest, and if an enemy was coming, he was at least a hard target.
With a hasty scent, he realised it was a mouse, out for a bit of moonlight.
Kestrelflight thanked StarClan, if they still had faith in him, and sprinted on.

---

Willowshine fidgeted by her border. This was the umpteenth time they had met, but this was by far the most important. Mistystar already had been slightly tipped off when Willowshine had nearly fed her yarrow instead of catmint. She couldn't afford to slip up now. Now, on the most important night. A swishing sound from ThunderClan's territory froze Willowshine to the spot.
But she melted as soon as she saw Kestrelflight's mottled face.
"Kestrelflight!" she purred, bounding forward to rub cheeks with her mate.
"Willowshine..." he murmured, his breath brushing her ear. Their tails shot upwards and they rubbed against eachother for a while. Until the lithe tabby she-cat drew backwards, with a half anxious, half excited stare.
"There's something I want to show you Kestrelflight. My love, my mate...the father of my kits."
Kestrelflight's face dropped momentarily, and an earpopping silence filled the air.
Then his eyes widened and his whiskers quivered, his mottled tail waving.
"The father of your kits?" he asked in whimsical wonder.
Willowshine waved her tail toward some bushes, and out bundled two tiny, fluffy kits.
Kestrelflight gave a little bounce, eyes sparkling and paws not knowing where to land.
"I'm a father?! I'm a father? I'm a father!" he yowled possibly too loudly. Eyes glued to his kits, Kestrelflight covered Willowshine's face with loving licks.
"You're so beautiful...the most beautiful she-cat in the world! Oh!" He ducked his head to the ground and looked with sheer joy at the approaching kits. One was silver, like her mother, with white splotches, like her father. The other was brown, like his father, with grey paws and tail, like his mother. They mewled contentedly, scampering under Kestrelflight's paws and lightly scratching his underbelly. The brown tom was too numb with joy to notice. "Willowshine, you have made me the happiest tom in the world. Have you named them?" he added, voice shaking.
"Well," she purred, draping her tail over her front paws and staring delightedly at their kits. "I named the tom Stonekit. I thought you'd like to name the other." Kestrelflight stepped around the kits, who were now staring adoringly up at their parents. The tiny grey she-cat batted at a passing moth, and tumbled back into the lightly dewed grass.
"Dewkit," he purred, bending down to give each kit a lick.
StarClan knows how long the pair of them stayed there, pelts brushing as they played with their kits, talked about everything and nothing. But the sun eventually peered around the mountains.
"I wish the night could last forever," Willowshine mewed wistfully.
"Where will the kits go?" Kestrelflight asked unexpectedly, as he stared out at the waking world.
"We leave," she said briskly, as if just taking it on now. She nodded slightly, and looked at Kestrelflight.
"You'll go with me, won't you?" she meowed, suddenly aware of the possibility that her mate wanted nothing more to do with her, let alone elope with her.
"With my life, my sweet." he murmured. His gaze was filled with love.
"Stonekit, Dewkit?" the two kits answered to their names, looking up curiously at their towering parents.
"We're going, sweethearts." Tails twined and eyes fixed on their bright new tomorrow, their old life was cast away with the disappearing shadows of yesterday.

Willowshine x Kestrelflight?!

In a recent Erin Hunter Chat (not really recent but I'm saying it is), quote:
'We may see a forbidden relationship between two medicine cats.'
Oh no.
Not again.
COME ON.
I mean the LeafpoolxCrowfeather was cute, and rather surprising, but doing it again, with TWO medicine cats? Using the same material twice is not good.
And, since Jayfeather doesn't fall in love, and Littlecloud would have to be a paedophile to take a med-mate, and Mothwing is just too....just no. Sooo, Willowshine x Kestrelflight, hmm?
Kestrelflight is a tad younger, but there have been other mates whereas the male is younger.
I'll admit, the kids would be cute, and KestrelxWillow ftw, but it wouldn't make as big a splash as LeafxCrow.

They'd expect everyone to go 'WUT?', but they'd just say they've heard it all before.
I feel inspired to do fan art. If you have any, I'll put it up on the Fan-art page.
